Choosing Your Equipment

Big Blast Rentals rents all equipment on a first come first serve basis. Once you decide on an item, then a $50 deposit is required to secure the item. Once we secure the deposit from you, then the item will be reserved for your event. Final payment of balance due will be required at time of delivery, and the rental contract signed before set up takes place. We can accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).

Final Contact

We will generally contact you the day before your event to confirm details. At this time we will go over final payment due, method of payment, space requirements, delivery times, etc.

Please Note

Setup location should be easily accessible from the delivery truck. All units require a flat surface and a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet.

Power Requirements

Customer is responsible for power. Special power requirements will need to be brought to our attention prior to delivery. Big Blast Rentals is NOT liable for problems due to power issues. Generally we need (1) 20 amp circuit for EACH blower. (NO OTHER ITEMS can be plugged into the same circuit) We furnish one 100′ extension cord. Unit must be placed within 100′ of power source. If you are using a generator, you will need a 2000 watt generator for each unit.

Set Up

When we arrive, we will need someone at the event to show us where to set up. We will find out before set up if you’re event is on grass, asphalt, etc. We will also need to know if there are sprinkler systems in the yard. Also, final payment will be due when the delivery driver arrives before set up begins.

Attendants

Big Blast Rentals does not supply your attendants, you will need adult attendants to arrive early enough for a safety briefing. Accidents on equipment generally come from too many participants on the unit. Attendants should monitor amount of children/adults and make sure they’re acting responsibly. Safety briefings are given before all events and we require a signature on waiver form from customer or representative accepting equipment. In special situations, an attendant may be available for an extra fee.

Damages

Customer shall be responsible for any and all damages to any of the rental equipment not caused by ordinary wear and tear. “Ordinary wear and tear” shall mean only the normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment. Damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear” includes but not limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, contamination of or dirtying of rental equipment with non-approved items such as chemicals, non approved food, paint, SILLY STRING (silly string does irrepairable damage), mud clay or other materials. Inclement Weather

We can not guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds, excessive rain, snow, and lightening. In the event of severe weather during a rental, customer agrees that he/she/they will unplug the inflatable, allow it to deflate, and not use the inflatable until the severe weather ends. And kids don’t care if it has just rained. They just want to go play and have fun! When you reinflate the bounce house, you may need to use a towel to dry off the inside.
